The Monthly Soup is acollaborative newsletter platform that allows groups of friends and family tocreate and share monthly newsletters. Users can:

• Create and manage newsletter groups ("Soups")

• Answer questions and contribute content to newsletters

• Share text, photos, and links with group members

• Invite others to join their newsletter groups

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 yearsold to use our Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must haveyour parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service, and they mustagree to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Service, yourepresent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of theService, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trialfor new users. At the end of your trial period, you will need to subscribe to apaid plan to continue using premium features.

5.2 Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and annualsubscription plans. Prices are displayed on our website and may be updated fromtime to time. Any price changes will not affect your current subscriptionperiod.

5.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processedsecurely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms ofservice. We do not store your complete payment card details.

5.4 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automaticallyrenew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewaldate. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your accountsettings.

5.5 Refunds

Due to the digital nature ofour Service, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experiencetechnical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us andwe will work with you to find a solution.

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of allcontent you submit to the Service, including text answers, photos, images, andlinks ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us anon-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display yourcontent solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to submit UserContent that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing

You may terminate your accountat any time by using the account deletion feature in your settings or bycontacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will ceaseimmediately.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminateyour account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or forany other reason at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts tonotify you before termination, except where prohibited by law or where immediatetermination is necessary.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your UserContent may be deleted. If you are a newsletter administrator, your newsletterand all associated content may be deleted. We are not obligated to retain yourdata after termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED"AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OFMERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that theService will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsiblefor User Content posted by other users.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTEDBY LAW, THE MONTHLY SOUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS ORREVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for anyclaims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount youpaid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Waiver: Our failure toenforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiverof those rights.
